Trevedra Farm Caravan & Camping Site in Land's End, Sennen, Cornwall has been a family run site for more than 65 years. We are a working family farm & Trevedra is mentioned in the Doomsday Book.
Campsite facilities include 88 caravan pitches with electric hook - ups 14 hook-ups available for tents. Pitches are marked and allocated during peak season. Caravan Club & non-members are most welcome.
Toilet & shower block and Utility room for dishes and clothes. Launderette facilities on site. Disabled + two individual rooms reserved for families or those requiring assistance. The separate camping field has its own toilet / shower facilities.
Reception/shop has daily deliveries of milk, bread, cakes, pasties etc. Local suppliers are used wherever possible. Calor & camping gas available on-site. Camping & caravan spares and accessories can be ordered.
Public telephone & letterbox (emptied daily). On-site catering offers take-away breakfast, packed lunches & evening meals during peak season. College groups etc can be catered for. Open Easter or 1st April - 31st October.
The Ocean Blue cafe is open for breakfasts and evening meals (lunchtimes if pre booked) but visitors are welcome to sit and read, watch the television or eat pasties, sandwiches, etc purchased from the shop. Daily menus with regular special options and Sunday roasts. All locally produced food and cooked fresh to order. Pre ordering available.
Coastal paths and stunning views second to none are a must if you want to "get away from it all". Walks to suit every ability, including country paths, are abundant in West Cornwall. We can drop you at start points, during the off peak season, enabling you to walk back at your leisure.
The first walk will probably be to the beach, famous for its surfing and clear water (patrolled by lifeguards). Steps from the top of the cliff make access straightforward. To the right as you walk to the beach you will see the Giant Steps, noted to be the finest example of ancient field systems. When the tide is out you can walk on to Sennen`s mile of golden sand with cafes, pub and shops.
The coast path takes you along to Sennen when the tide is in. A further mile and Land's End awaits. On a clear day the Isles of Scilly can be clearly seen from the cliff tops. Flights and boat trips daily from Land`s End airport & Penzance.
2 dogs free then £1/dog. We demand that dogs are kept under control.
