Castle Farm Holidays is in the small hamlet of Dudleston, near Ellesmere in Shropshire, offering superb glamping accommodation in a beautiful part of the country. We are situated in idyllic location and the perfect base to explore the local area.
Our glamping pods were installed in 2017 and are available in three types: Beech and Oak are standard pods, Willow is a standard pod with its own private hot tub and Ash pod features a double bed with a separate sofa. All standard pods can accommodate up to four people, offering either two single beds or a large quadruple bed. The Ash pod, however, sleeps two on a traditional double bed. You're generally welcome to bring up to two well-behaved dogs.
In addition to our four pods, we also offer Bluebell, a cosy shepherd’s hut built in 2018, which sleeps up to four with a double bed and a sofa bed.
Please note that Bluebell Shepherd’s Hut, Ash and Willow pods require a minimum two-night stay.
For all accommodation, you’ll need to bring your own bedding (except for Bluebell and Ash), towels and any other camping essentials. Bluebell is equipped with crockery and cutlery. We provide your glamping 'tent' with some added comforts, including a fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric fire, complimentary WiFi and tea, coffee and milk. Remember to bring a torch and suitable footwear, as the glamping units are located on a field.
Our modern, well-lit shower, toilet, and washing-up facilities are located in a nearby block and include a disabled wet room. There is also a communal lounge available.
All five glamping units are situated in a field next to a scenic dingle, where buzzards can often be seen flying overhead, and offer views of the local church. Each unit comes with its own picnic table and BBQs are welcome, as long as they remain on the gravelled areas.

Shropshire Union Canal.
Wood Lane Nature Reserve.
